CHARTER:

The purpose of this newsgroup is to offer a dedicated forum to 
exchange movies in any format, with audio in Spanish language, 
either because this is the original movie's language or because it 
has been dubbed for the Spanish Speaking Community and everyone 
interested in the Spanish language.

This group will be not moderated.


ACCEPTABLE Post will include the following (even though it is not 
limited to them):

Movies in any format, with audio only in Spanish or with two or 
more languages provided that one of them is Spanish. In this case 
it is very convenient (although not mandatory) to provide 
subtitles in Spanish and in any other language available, for 
those that are interested in improving their languages skills.

Movies with no audio or without any language.

Any other secondary files such as help or additional material to 
the movies posted in this group.


NON ACCEPTABLE post:

Movies that dont offer the Spanish language as an option and in 
general any other material that is not related with group's topic.

Spam and advertising posts are not permitted


JUSTIFICATION:

The main reason to create this newsgroup is because nowadays, 
posts of Spanish movies are split in different movies and 
miscellaneus groups, making it difficult to find them for those 
who are interested. Also the fact that quite often movies, after 
been dubbed into Spanish,keep his title in the original language, 
makes it very difficult to find in with language is the film 
posted.

More of 10 movies in spanish are posted in a single day (many en 
various days) what would do aprox 5 Gb/day.

IN SPANISH/EN ESPAÑOL

CHARTER: (Carta Fundacional)
 
El proposito de este grupo de noticias es ofrecer un foro dedicado 
al intercambio de peliculas en cualquier formato con audio en 
español (castellano en España) bien porque es el idioma original 
de la pelicula o porque ha sido doblada para la comunidad 
hispanohablante y cualquiera interesado en el idioma español.

El grupo no sera moderando.


Las publicaciones aceptables incluyen (aunque lo limitan) las 
siguientes: 

Peliculas en cualquier formato con audio solo en español o con 2 o 
mas audios siempre que uno de ellos sea el español.en este ultimo 
caso es aconsejable aunque no imprescindible incluir subtitulos en 
español y en el resto de idiomas posibles para aquellos que 
quieran perfeccionar su conocimiento del idioma.

Peliculas mudas o sin idioma.

Cuallquier otro tipo de ficheros que sea de ayuda o complemento a 
las peliculas publicadas en este grupo.


Publicaciones no aceptables:

Peliculas que no incluyen el español como opcion y en general 
cualquier otro material que no este relacionado con el topico de 
este grupo.

Spam ni propaganda no estan permitidos.


JUSTIFICACION:

 La principal razon para crear este grupo de noticias es que 
actualmente, las publicaciones de peliculas en español estan 
diseminadas en diferentes grupos  de peliculas y miscelaneos 
haciendo dificil la localizacion para los interesados. Tambien el 
hecho de que a menudo las peliculas despues de haber sido dobladas 
al español conservan su titulo en el lenguaje original hace muy 
dificil saber en que lenguaje esta la pelicula publicada.

Mas de 10 peliculas en español son posteadas al dia lo que hace un 
total aproximado de 5 GB/dia
